Purpose of Recordings
We may record calls and video conferences for purposes including:

These recordings help ensure accuracy, improve service delivery, and support team training.
Consent to Recording
By participating in a call or video conference after receiving notice of recording, you consent to the recording of the session where permitted by law.

Healthcare and Sensitive Information Considerations
Because Seniorverse supports healthcare-adjacent services:
- Recordings are not intended for the collection or storage of protected health information (PHI) under state and federal laws unless explicitly required and handled through appropriate safeguards
- Participants should avoid sharing sensitive medical or personal health information during recorded sessions unless instructed to do so through secure, compliant workflows
- When appropriate, we will redirect conversations involving sensitive information to secure channels
Storage, Retention, and Security
Recordings are stored securely and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect recorded information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Sharing of Recordings
We do not sell recordings. Recordings may be shared only:
